The subscriber is obligated to register the correct data and information when registering and subscribing, such as (full name, country, email address, and mobile number), and please update the data in the event of any change.
The training course material requires that the participant have a good connection to the Internet in order to easily receive the course material.
Some courses contain a discussion group for participants, through which the participant will be able to ask questions about the material and they will be answered and his inquiries clarified. The participant must adhere to a conscious and educated manner of dialogue and commit to not discussing outside the subject of the training course or insulting or promoting a product or commodity within the group.
The platform administration has the right to stop the subscription of any subscriber who violates the terms and conditions and without refunding the subscription amount.
The subscriber does not have the right to publish the training course material or part of it on any website, electronic blog, or social media, nor does he have the right to gift it, barter it, or share it with another person, in any way, and otherwise is considered a violation of the terms and conditions.
The rights to publish and market training course materials are reserved for this platform, and no third party has the right to publish any content of the courses and materials, and they may not be sold or transferred in whole or in part.
The subscriber is not allowed to share the login data for the personal account with any other party. The trainee is also prohibited from logging in with more than two devices on the same account. When an additional login is confirmed, we have the right to act according to our own discretion to block the account, cancel the subscription, or make a financial demand.
It is not permitted to exchange subscriptions for materials or refund the amount after subscribing for any reason (including but not limited to: subscribing by mistake, ignorance of the instructions for the material written in the description).
When participating in a course that has a specific date, such as live courses through an electronic hall (for example, a Zoom hall), the platform does not bear responsibility for the participant’s failure to enter the course hall at the specified time due to his not paying attention to the email he receives from the site with the date and link of the course, and the platform is not responsible for The subscriber is personal circumstances, and the subscriber will then lose his right to claim a refund of the subscription amount.
The platform does not bear any responsibility due to any claim that the subscriber was harmed by the materials due to his misunderstanding of them or due to his incorrect application of them or for any reason.
The participant does not have the right to demand a refund of the fees for any course for any reasons, whether related to your time, inability to follow it for your own personal reasons, or because your opinion differs from some of the opinions presented in the course.
The platform does not make any guarantees regarding the accuracy of the content on the site, nor does we guarantee that such content is error-free or completely reliable.
